Aberystwyth, Wales: Situated on the west coast of Wales, Aberystwyth offers several breathtaking landscapes, a rich history and vibrant culture. In this study abroad program, students will be presented with multiple opportunities to learn about the Welsh education system through school visits and engagement with other education-related organizations. Additionally, students will be offered organized trips to historical and cultural sites, such as Aberystwyth Castle and the National Library of Wales. Students also have the opportunity to travel independently on the weekends.

During this four-week study abroad program, students will visit multiple schools in Aberystwyth. These visits will be determined based on students’ area of specialization and personal interest(s). Students will reside in apartments on the campus of Aberystwyth University, which provides them an additional opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture.
